Do I need to renew Beit Ha'otzar membership every Rosh Hashanah?

I signed up as a member of Beit Ha'otzar at one point last year. Now that Rosh Hashanah has just passed, do I need to renew my membership, as it's a new ma'aser year?

Your membership to Beit Ha'otzar is annual, and our staff calls to remind you to renew membership once a year before the year is up.
That means if you signed up, say, in Sivan 5785, membership is renewed every Sivan at your approval, and you will be called before Sivan 5786.
You don't need to reactivate each Rosh Hashanah. If you would like me to check the status of your account, I will be happy to do so.
