Pesach: Selling products with wheat flour or protien

Are we supposed to sell products what include wheat protein or wheat flour (soup mix, for example) with the chametz?

While it's possible to sell these products with the chametz, it's preferable to finish eating them before Pesach and then burn the rest. The sale is meant primarily for those who will lose a considerable amount of money otherwise, and truly intend to sell their chametzdik merchandise. There are some poskim who permit selling products that are not chametz gamur; that is, those that do not contain ingredients from the five grains, but do not have kosher-for-Pesach certification.
