Yevul Lotan during shemitah - Chasalat

I bought Chasalat shredded white cabbage with an orange stripe marked with Rabbi Efrati's Mehadrin kashrut symbol. Yevul Lotan is printed on the side. What does that mean?

Look at the map. Lotan is a settlement situated in the southern Aravah. Just a few kilometers north passes the 30-degree line, which defines the borders of the Land of Israel for shemitah and other land-dependent mitzvot according to Rabbi Efrati, Rabbi Kaniyevski, and the Chazon Ish.
